Our company was founded over three generations ago with two brothers wanting to make a better life for their family. Starting its existence in an apartment basement, working tirelessly day and night, the brothers sought to establish a company that could support their families. Over time and increasing business the brothers moved from the apartment basement to a federal government meat manufacturing plant. Today that plant is still in existence. Going 3 generations strong, family has always been at the core of our existence. Because of our dedication and reputation to serve families in and around the areas that we live and work in we wanted to provide the highest quality products with the best ingredients.
